The Team 

Dan Morrow
Dan has over twenty five years of investment and financial analysis experience, primarily in the real estate industry. He has worked with companies of all sizes from five person family owned businesses to international public companies with multi billion dollar portfolios. Dan was most recently employed by the New Jersey office of NorthMarq Capital where he provided outsourced real estate consulting services. Prior to that he was employed by Archon Group, Goldman Sach's real estate subsidiary, where he was responsible for all financial analytics of the acquisition, ownership and disposition cycle, including debt restructuring, portfolio analytics and partnership/fund issues.

Dan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a BS in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the State University of New York. He has also done coursework in computer science at Columbia University, and real estate investment banking at New York University. He is also an Argus Software Certified Professional (Valuation-DCF) and is experienced in Argus Developer as well.

John Mayer
John has over 20 years experience in real estate development and construction management. John was most recently with Archon Group where he was a Project Executive responsible for construction management and budgeting. Prior to that John was a Project Manager with Reckson Realty Associates. He also held construction management positions with FJ Sciame Construction Group and John Gallin & Son General Contracting.

John has a Masters in Real Estate from New York University, and a BS in Economics from Michigan State University.
